What We Offer

  • This service supports individuals experiencing: generalized anxiety, high-functioning anxiety, stress-related burnout, anticipatory anxiety and overthinking.

  • This service is appropriate for: proactive mental-health support, managing operational stress and burnout, processing cumulative exposure, supporting performance sustainability, navigating transitions within public-safety careers.

  • This service may be helpful if you are: using alcohol, cannabis, or other substances to manage stress, concerned about increasing tolerance or loss of control, engaging in gambling, pornography use, or other behavioural addictions, feeling conflicted about your relationship with substances, attempting recovery and wanting relapse-prevention support, experiencing impact on relationships, family, or work.

    You do not need to identify as having an “addiction” to begin counselling. Many clients start therapy simply because something feels out of balance.
